PRIVACY PROTECTION POLICY

October 1, 2008

Naek Construction Company, Inc., (Naek) pursuant to Public Act No. 08-167, “An Act Concerning the Confidentiality of Social Security Numbers,” institutes and publicly displays the following Privacy Protection Policy:

Naek will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal and state laws to guard social security numbers and non-public personal information.  Naek will train, limit and/or restrict personnel associated with collecting and maintaining “Personal Information.” For purposes of this Policy, “Personal Information” is defined as information capable of being associated with a particular individual through one or more identifiers, including, but not limited to, a Social Security Number, a Driver’s License Number, a State Identification Card Number, a Credit or Debit Card Number, a Passport Number, an Alien Registration Number, or a Health Insurance Identification Number, and does not include publicly available information that is lawfully made available to the general public from federal, state or local government records or widely
distributed media.

Access to all of Naek’s employees’ personal information as defined above is restricted and limited to those employees whose job function necessitates access to such personal information.  Naek safeguards the data, computer files and documents containing its employees’ personal information from misuse by third parties, and will destroy, erase or make unreadable all such data, computer files and documents prior to disposal.  Additionally, Naek will not unlawfully disclose your personal information to any third party.

This privacy policy is promulgated and publicly displayed pursuant to Connecticut Public Act No. 08-167.  Naek reserves the right to revise this policy and notify its employees of such updates accordingly as regulations are enacted and other developments that define the scope and requirements of this new law take place.
