The Housing Authority of the Town of Stafford has been fortunate to have selected NAEK Construction as our General Contractor for the construction of a 79-unit affordable housing project. Naek has excellent communication with the owner as well as all members of the development team. Naek is professional and courteous to our residents’ needs. They show up at our weekly meetings on time and prepared. They even find time to meet with us when issues arise in between meetings. They have been flexible and willing to help with the intricate details involved in a multi-million-dollar job that has numerous funders including the State of Connecticut, DOH and CHFA.
